BunnyBots Volunteers

It takes a village to put on BunnyBots and alumni and supporters play a big role. Email Dale Yocum (yocumd (at) catlin (dot) edu if you can help on December 17th, 2022. For BunnyBots 2022 we need to fill these rolls:

Emcee - Introduces the teams, tells people what’s going on, and keeps spirits high.

Game Announcer - Announces teams and does play-by-play
- Tyler Nguyen

Head Referee - Oversees the scoring of each match and reports results to scorekeeper. Deals with any challenges.
- Joe DeBlasio

Referees (6 required) - One assigned to each robot. Records the points scored by their robot and makes note of any fouls.

Queue Manager - Organizes the queue, assigns alliances, and keeps the matches flowing.

Queue Assistant - Helps keep teams organized


Field Manager - Manages the day-of volunteers who reset the field and ensures the match is ready to play.

Face mask Monitor -Face masks are required at BunnyBots.

A/V - This person oversees the setup, operation, and teardown of the A/V system. Also operates the mixer and perhaps DJs during the event. This means they would need to be here by 7:30 on Saturday 12/17 and the afternoon/evening of 12/16. This can be current students if need be.
